2. 18+ eligibility

The service is available only to users who are 18 years or older. Children and minors may not create accounts, purchase activation codes, complete tests, save results, or use sharing/export features.

3. Nature of the service

RPTI and SBTI are for entertainment, self-reflection, and relationship-pattern review only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or safety assessments and do not replace professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Accounts, results, and sharing

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in methods, activation codes, and result links. Downloads, forwarding, and sharing are initiated by you. Once content leaves this service, third-party handling is outside our control.

5. Digital content purchases and withdrawal rights

RPTI activation codes are digital content supplied without a tangible medium. Before payment, you must confirm that you are 18 or older, have legal capacity to purchase digital content, and agree to immediate delivery. Once immediate delivery begins, withdrawal rights may no longer apply where permitted by law.

6. Child protection and minor data

We do not knowingly provide this service to children or minors and do not knowingly use children for marketing or remarketing. If a guardian believes that a minor has provided personal data to this service, contact info@romantic-test.de. We will review the request and, where applicable, restrict, delete, or anonymize the relevant data.

7. Changes

We may update these terms for legal, technical, or business reasons. Material changes will be announced on the website or through other appropriate channels.
