2. 18+ eligibility
The service is available only to users who are 18 years or older. Children and minors may not create accounts, purchase activation codes, complete tests, save results, or use sharing/export features.
3. Nature of the service
Attachment Style Test and SBTI are for entertainment, self-reflection, and relationship-pattern review only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or safety assessments and do not replace professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4. Accounts, results, and sharing
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in methods, activation codes, and result links. Downloads, forwarding, and sharing are initiated by you. Once content leaves this service, third-party handling is outside our control.
5. Digital content purchases and withdrawal rights
Attachment Style Test activation codes are digital content supplied without a tangible medium. Before payment, you must confirm that you are 18 or older, have legal capacity to purchase digital content, and agree to immediate delivery. Once immediate delivery begins, withdrawal rights may no longer apply where permitted by law.
6. Child protection and minor data
We do not knowingly provide this service to children or minors and do not knowingly use children for marketing or remarketing. If a guardian believes that a minor has provided personal data to this service, contact info@romantic-test.de. We will review the request and, where applicable, restrict, delete, or anonymize the relevant data.
7. Acceptable use and indemnity
You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with payment or login flows, upload or distribute unlawful content, or use automated systems to scrape, test, attack, or copy the service at scale. If your breach of these terms or unlawful use of the service causes third-party claims, regulatory inquiries, or reasonable costs, you agree to be responsible for and indemnify us to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The service may link to or integrate third-party services such as payment, login, e-mail, analytics, hosting, or sharing services. Third-party services are operated by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party websites or services, their availability, or their subsequent data handling.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by German law without limiting mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence. Where legally permitted, the place of jurisdiction for disputes with business users is Berlin, Germany.
