Cookies & Tracking

Last updated: May 7, 2026

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device to keep sessions active, store settings, analyze behavior, and enable optional marketing features.

We may also use similar technologies such as local storage, pixel tags, SDKs, server-side events, and measurement IDs.

2. Technology categories

We group technologies into the following categories:

  • Necessary: required for login, security, form handling, and core site operation.
  • Functional: remember language and interface preferences.
  • Analytics: measure traffic, feature usage, and product performance.
  • Marketing: ad attribution, retargeting, and campaign measurement.

Only necessary technologies run by default; all others require your explicit consent.

4. Tracking usage

With your consent, we may use tracking technologies to:

  • Measure website traffic and user journeys
  • Evaluate test flow, login flow, and checkout performance
  • Analyze errors, latency, and page stability
  • Improve content quality and conversion paths

This service is available only to users who are 18 years or older. If we know that a user is under 18, we will not enable marketing, remarketing, or advertising-audience tracking for that user.

5. Consent mechanism

On first visit, you can choose:

  • Accept all
  • Necessary only
  • Customize settings

If you reject non-essential categories, core services remain available, while personalization and marketing features may be limited.

6. Withdraw or update consent

You can update or withdraw consent at any time in Privacy Settings.

Withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

7. Browser-level management

You can also manage cookies in your browser settings:

  • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security
  • Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security
  • Safari: Settings > Privacy
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions

8. Third-party services

We may use service providers such as Google, Stripe, and hosting/CDN/security vendors.

Some processing may occur outside the EU/EEA; when that happens, we apply safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

9. Updates

We may update this page for legal, technical, or business reasons. The latest version is always published here.
